We are reaching out to update you on how Green Life Market is actively taking reasonable precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. First and foremost, we want to reiterate how serious we are about keeping our customers and staff safe and healthy through these times. During this time of uncertainty, our staff at Green Life Market are fully committed to providing you with the essentials you need while maintaining a safe environment for all. To date, we have taken the following precautionary measures:

Revised Store Hours: Beginning on Tuesday, September 8th our store hours will be extended to 9:00 am – 7:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on weekends. We would also like to continue to implement hours for our senior and immune compromised customers. These hours will be 8:00 am – 9:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will ensure that these customers are at less risk and feel more comfortable while shopping at our stores. We believe that implementing these new hours is in the best interest of the entire Green Life community.

Curbside Pickup: We are now offering a curbside pickup for all. This service is available Monday- Saturday, between 10 am and 6 pm. We request that all curbside pickup orders consist of 30 items or less. Orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday – Saturday will be completed for same day pick up. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Monday- Friday will be completed the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Saturday will not be ready until the following Monday. Please place your orders online using our website. 

Additional Hygiene Procedures: In line with our commitment to help you feel safe and comfortable while shopping at our locations we have implemented additional procedures. These include:A disinfecting schedule that is completed every hour. All high contact areas of our stores are wiped down, including all door handles, restrooms, grocery carts and baskets, credit card machines, railings and register surfaces.Sneeze guards have been installed at our registers to protect both our staff and customers.We’ve provided hand sanitizer and immune support supplements to our staff, while reminding them to frequently wash their hands and change their gloves, and we encourage you to do the same.Social Distancing: As you all know with the close quarters in our stores it is often difficult to distance yourself from others while shopping. Because of this we encourage the following:Limit your time in the store by knowing what you are buying before you come in.Shop alone rather than in a groupWhile waiting in line attempt to distance yourself 6ft from other customers by following the floor markers.Do not shop if you are feeling sick. Send someone else to shop for you.Allow elderly individuals check out before you.Please respect the health of our staff and other customers by maintaining social distancing and keeping conversations to a minimum.Closing of Our Deli’s: We have closed our deli’s to reduce the amount of employee and customer congestion in our stores. We are still providing deli prepared foods in our “Grab & Go” refrigerators.

Hazard Fee: In order to support and encourage our staff that are willing to work and go above and beyond duty during these very trying times, all transactions will include a 2% hazard fee. This hazard fee will be passed on to our employees in the form of hazard pay.
